C. ABC 양 프로필에서 함께 공유하는 또는 공유할수 있는 부분이 있으면 한,두 문장으로 적으세요. 취미, 관심등에서 자신과 비슷한 부분에 대해서 이야기 하면서 서로 어울릴수 있다는 점을 이야기 하는 것입니다.

D. 단순히 Yes/No 가 아니고 일종의 정답이 없는 그런 질문을 하세요. 그리고 자신의 생각을 얘기하는 겁니다. ABC 양의 프로필 또는 사진의 내용에 착안해서 그것과 연관되는 질문입니다.
4. Ask some kind of open-ended question that requires more than a yes/no answer.
Try to link it to something in the person’s profile. Examples:

Read the person’s profile closely before you start writing your first email.
E. 친근감 있는 표현으로 마무리.
